01 Acceptance of Terms

• You may not register on behalf of another person.

04 Deposits & Payments

Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered MCW Cricket account holder — are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

• MCW Cricket does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on MCW Cricket are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market, as well as these general terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the market you are betting on.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not available after a bet is placed.
• MCW Cricket reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match fixing or corruption.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, MCW Cricket reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live betting odds are subject to change at any time. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed before confirmation.
• MCW Cricket reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its discretion.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Duplicate account creation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, MCW Cricket reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
